3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
3.1 Premium Memberships
- If you cancel your membership within 14 days of initial purchase and have not accessed any premium content, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel after the 14-day period or have accessed premium content, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will not be charged for subsequent periods.
3.2 Digital Products (Reports, Guides, E-books)
- Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are only available if you have not downloaded or accessed the content.
- If you experience technical issues preventing access to content you've purchased, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
- Claims of technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3.3 Online Courses and Webinars
- For pre-recorded courses, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course.
- For live webinars, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- No refunds are issued after a live webinar has occurred, regardless of attendance.
3.4 Consultations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule once at no additional cost.
- No refunds are issued for missed consultations without prior notice.
3.5 Advertising Services
- If we have not begun work on your advertising campaign, you may receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- Once work has begun on your campaign, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, minus a 20% administration fee.
- No refunds are issued after your advertisement has been published.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at refunds@csgaminghub.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the product or service for which you're requesting a refund
- Provide a detailed explanation for your refund request
- Include any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of technical issues)
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 2 business days
- Review your request based on our refund eligibility criteria
- Notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days
- Process approved refunds within 10 business days of approval
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
- Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating bank account
- Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate
Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
The following exceptions apply to our refund policy:
- Promotional or Discounted Items: Products or services purchased during special promotions or with significant discounts (more than 50% off) may not be eligible for refunds unless required by law.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our products or services, we will first attempt to resolve these issues before processing a refund.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, please contact us immediately, and we will refund the duplicate purchase.
- Force Majeure: In cases of events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, power outages, etc.) that affect our ability to deliver services, we will either reschedule or issue refunds at our discretion.
We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
7. No-Refund Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Custom research reports specifically created for you
- Fully delivered consultation services
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Membership subscription fees after the cooling-off period has expired
8. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have certain rights under consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel certain types of purchases within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
However, please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to:
- Digital content after you have started to download or stream it
- Services that have been fully performed
- Custom-made products created to your specifications
